Vettel to be replaced by De Vries at Monza's first practice for Aston Martin

Nyck De Vries will participate in FP1 this season for the third consecutive time.

The 27-year old ran in FP1 for Williams, replacing Alex Albon at Spain's Grand Prix. He then substituted for Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes in France.

The Dutchman said, "I really look forward to driving for AMF1, especially at such a legendary circuit like Monza."

"I hope to bring a new perspective to AMF1 and be able to undertake a run program that is beneficial for us all."

Mike Krack, Team Principal, stated that Nyck is a joy to have in our team and that he looks forward to working at Monza.
